All formulary items for the drug and dose-form selected by the user are then displayed. The "@@@" used for type-in doses can be replaced by any verbiage (but everyone seems to stick with the "@"). In this example the user selected the type-in dose, had they selected another item the next screen to display would be the drug/dose-form specific Route and Schedule Screen. Also notice that this medication contains dispensing instrucions
("RESTRICTED") and also some ordering help information (in this case we are communicating to the user that Amikacin is restricted to "GENT. & TOBRA. RESISTANT INFECTIONS").
